My time with Gladstone and Eric turned out to be entirely the opposite of those horror stories. I felt cared for, accommodated, and considered when it came to purchasing my car. Due to extenuating circumstances surrounding COVID, there were many speedbumps throughout the process. Eric made every effort to deliver a smooth experience and attend to my questions and concerns.
