Marco really went above and beyond, going over the already detailed car one last time and making sure everything was as close to factory as you can in a used vehicle. Aaron was a great and knowledgeable sales guy. It was like buying a car from my cousin. He considered the financing we walked in with and provided us with a much better option. Dolf got us through the financing portion of the day as painlessly as possible, which is quite a feat. More

This is the type of dealership that you want to come visit first for a great experience. I went in there to get a new rig and Jonathan Castino helped me out finding that right one for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person from there to make my experience great! Jonathan listens to you from start to finish about what your wants are and what you don’t need for a vehicle. He is a relaxed, chilled, and understanding guy that doesn’t push you into something that you hate. He will go out of his way and try everything he can do to get what you want. What really impressed me is that the car I wanted wasn’t on their lot, but in Seattle. So Jonathan and of course with some help from other associates, they brought that car down to me the next day and it was mine!! I mean come on!!! I’m 42, this is my second time dealing with a car dealership,(first one was good too) and these guys do this for me!?!? I strongly recommend this place and get Jonathan on your team as well!! More

Manuel was Awesome! My wife and I came in to check out what the dealership had to offer and Manuel listened carefully to what we wanted/needed and was able to quickly get My wife and I came in to check out what the dealership had to offer and Manuel listened carefully to what we wanted/needed and was able to quickly get us test driving a vehicle. After a couple of minutes, he also asked us to bring around the car seat to make sure that it fits the way we would like it to. That helped us narrow it down to the Tundra we wanted. Finally, his management/finance team were able to provide us a really good trade-in for our car and rebate for the truck. Plus add a military/veteran discount, they put the cost within our range. We finished the day driving home with our new Tundra. Thank you Manuel and Toyota of Gladstone. More

Eric pulled out all the stops to make sure I had a great buying experience. As a recent college grad, this was the first time I had gone through a vehicle purchasing process. I was nervous about speaking wi buying experience. As a recent college grad, this was the first time I had gone through a vehicle purchasing process. I was nervous about speaking with a dealership after hearing stories of salespeople trying to take advantage of buyer inexperience. My time with Gladstone and Eric turned out to be entirely the opposite of those horror stories. I felt cared for, accommodated, and considered when it came to purchasing my car. Due to extenuating circumstances surrounding COVID, there were many speedbumps throughout the process. Eric made every effort to deliver a smooth experience and attend to my questions and concerns.
