I did not feel hassled or pressured John Parohinog provided excellent customer service and listened to my needs when it came to selecting my new car. I did not feel hassled or pressured into features I did not need or want. He was friendly and courteous and when problems or errors did arise he was quick to correct them. The financier Dolf was helpful as well and competitive with my pre-approved loan though USAA which ultimately got me to finance through Toyota. Buying a new car is stressful, however these gentleman helped to make it less so, and I am very happy with my new Hybrid RAV4 More
