I did not feel hassled or pressured into features I did not need or want. He was friendly and courteous and when problems or errors did arise he was quick to correct them. The financier Dolf was helpful as well and competitive with my pre-approved loan though USAA which ultimately got me to finance through Toyota. Buying a new car is stressful, however these gentleman helped to make it less so, and I am very happy with my new Hybrid RAV4 More

Outstanding Experience First new car, I've purchased 2 used previously from Toyota of Gladstone. Gabe was our primary sales representative for the new RAV4. Gather information. Extremely helpful, arranged all the demos etc. Very easy to work with. We returned in October to buy our chosen automobile, made an appointment with Gabe. During time between April and October he kept in contact with inventory and other info as we requested. I'd definitely buy from him again. Jason McCoy - Service. Very helpful with questions concerning service and warranties. Charity Graff and Kyle Belles - Setting up our online account and infotainment system. Couldn't have done it without them. Rodolfo Nuno - Finance. Setting up a custom service contract that was more inline with our driving style. Plus getting us closed and into our new Toyota quickly. I also talked to a gentleman in Parts. I can't say enough good things about these people. We are very happy with our new RAV4 Hybrid. The last question concerning Facebook, I don't use It, but if I did I would recommend them there too. More

Our experience with Toyota of Gladstone was flawless from my initial online request from the Costco Car Buying program through our purchase of a Highl Our experience with Toyota of Gladstone was flawless from my initial online request from the Costco Car Buying program through our purchase of a Highlander XLE. Within a minute of submitting my request, Jenna Saar, online sales rep, called me and set an appointment for me to meet her at the dealership. She spent time with me on the phone finding out exactly what we wanted to buy. When we arrived at the dealership, Jenna was on the phone, so she sent someone out to the parking lot to welcome my husband and me. That person showed us into the showroom and made sure we were comfortable. Jenna joined us within a few minutes. Before we arrived, she had driven 2 appropriate Highlanders for us to drive. We then went for a test drive and loved the Highlander. Jenna walked us around the lot to see their stock and to choose the color we wanted. We told Jenna we had an appointment later that day to test drive a Subaru Ascent before making a decision. She was supportive of our process and wished is luck. After test driving an Ascent, we were absolutely sure we wanted the Highlander. We called Jenna and told her so. She said we could drive our Highlander home that same day! We returned to the dealership to complete the process. While we were waiting for the credit check, Jenna introduced us to the Assistant Sales Manager, John Hill, who took the time to visit with us. He really made us feel welcome. We then met with Rudolfo Nuno, Finance Manager, who completed our paperwork and answered our financial questions. Jenna took the time to show us the features of our new vehicle and set up some of the settings. Finally, as we were leaving, Jenna's supervisor, Charity Graff, Internet Sales Manager, checked with us to be sure all our questions had been answered. We highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone and, particularly, Jenna Saar. More

So Scott McPherson hooked us up with some killer upgrades to make my ride fierce. He was great about explaining all the details, weighing the pros and cons of different financial options and genuine about making sure we got the best deal. The financial paperwork was painless. Dolf was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommended Scott and his team to make sure you get the sickest deal out there. More
