My most recent experience was just this past week. My lease was coming to an end next month and i met by Emileigh Coen who helped me with a new vehicle. At first i decided on the 2019 highlander and i took one home with me. It was a nice enough but i discovered i really wanted more bells and whistles for the price i was paying. I text a manager to let them know about this and they had me come back in and Emileigh helped me give back the highlander and into a 2019 Sienna. I was super impressed with the flexibility of the toyota team and how helpful/ instrumental Emileigh was in the whole process. More

When we were ready to buy he was able to move quickly and get us our vehicle before the insurance company took away our rental. He even went in on his days off to make sure the deal got done in time! Another dealership I visited said that I might have to "take what I could get" and Gladstone Toyota assured me they'd get me exactly what I wanted which they ultimately did. Everyone there was nice and helpful and they had plenty of inventory to see on the lot. For a car dealership they were not pushy and they were very up front about everything.
