Lack of Enforcing Masks with Employees During Pandemic My wife & I are both health care professionals, who strongly support the use of masks, social distancing & hand washing. Many of your dealership empl My wife & I are both health care professionals, who strongly support the use of masks, social distancing & hand washing. Many of your dealership employees walking around in the sales area & including Domenic Nanni Business Manager in his office are not wearing masks and social distancing. During a pandemic: use of masks, social distancing & hand washing should be mandatory & enforced for all of your employees. Another service that your dealership should provide when selling new vehicles, is a staff employee should spend time reviewing where & how to use all of the new vehicle options. This would make for a more complete new vehicle sales experience. Providing courtesy vehicle washes once a month for new vehicle customers would be an additional perk, when marketing & selling new vehicles. We were told by our sales person that courtesy car washes became a problem due to customer abuse in the past. Providing new vehicle purchasers with a yearly once month courtesy car wash card would alleviate customers abusing this option. Trade-in offers for customers used vehicles is poorly done using CARFAX reports solely to determine used vehicle values is insulting to customers.
