This was my first time buying a car, and I could not have asked for a better salesman than Jim. He was genuine, interested in me as a person and not just a buyer, and he really wanted to do all he could to asked for a better salesman than Jim. Great Experience eventhough 1 Big Issue Bought a used car. 10 minutes after drove it off the lot notice a problem. I wont get into what problem was. I immediately went back to dealer. I should have noticed the problem with the car but being a used certified car I pretty much didnt see the issue. The salesman Stew and Michael saw the issue and said it will be taken care of but might take a couple weeks to get the car in. I was a bit worried it would not get taken care of. But as promised it was taken care of 2 weeks later and car looks Great. From the ease of dealing with Stew and no hard sell the experience was great. More

I never know what to expect when you walk into a dealership, but I left happy. The internet sales team is patient, the floor sales is personable and professional, and the sales managers have a good sense of humor. I think I still owe them some coffee... Great working with them, will do so again. More
