I called a week ahead of time and scheduled an oil change with Jackie who enthusiastically put me on the list for the following Wednesday. I showed up at my scheduled time and Joe took my vehicle right away with Jackie who enthusiastically put me on the list for the following Wednesday. I showed up at my scheduled time and Joe took my vehicle right away for it’s service including oil change and tire rotation. In the meantime I met with Dominic and received four tickets to Hershey park thanks to a generous offer from Chevrolet no purchase necessary. I was handed my keys back within 30 minutes and was on my way . The employees I interacted with were quite friendly and made me feel welcomed and appreciated and that is a recipe for another vehicle purchase when the time arrives that I will need a new one .
