I was spoken to in an aggressive, irate tone, with staff raising their voices at me when I questioned why I was being charged a diagnostic fee for an issue that was covered under a recall. That diagnostic fee was $231, which made the situation even more frustrating and unreasonable.
My vehicle sat outside on their lot for three days after I was told to drop it off. When I called for an update, I was told the delay was because I “never responded” about what to do with the vehicle. That was completely untrue — I had already spoken with a representative the weekend before and confirmed everything. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with rude attitudes and blame. I have names and have documented everything.
Despite following all instructions and dealing with a recall-related problem, I was still forced to pay the $231 diagnostic fee. The lack of communication, the hostility, and the unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.
