Spitzer replaced the engine coolant thermostat in my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500. Work was great, surprised that I was charged the diagnostic fee of $186.00, when I had Spitzer do the work for $500. Dealers GMC Sierra 1500. Work was great, surprised that I was charged the diagnostic fee of $186.00, when I had Spitzer do the work for $500. Dealers in the past deduct the diagnostic fee when they do the work. I can understand charging the fee if they do not do the work. More

Everyone was very nice and kept me informed about what was happening with my vehicle and explained that I needed a few things extra done to keep my vehicle running great and I had the opportunity to wait was happening with my vehicle and explained that I needed a few things extra done to keep my vehicle running great and I had the opportunity to wait for a later date to take care of it and that was great to me because it was my choice and they washed my vehicle and when I left I felt like they had treated me as special customer I thank them all for the wonderful service.
