Another concern is the fee for credit card payments via the service center. You would think they would have their own payment systems and avoiding the fees altogether. Remember to take cash or plan on paying another 5% of the total bill. More

Car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it would be a 24 hour service. My car sat for 48 hours and was not touched. I was also not called and updated.
