I will always request Billy because he makes me feel like my car purchase is the most important thing he can do. I never doubt that he gets me the best deal he can. I went in to turn in my Civic for a new Civic but left with an Accord! All because of Billy's efforts. I never dreamed I would have an Accord! I also had the pleasure of working with Richelle Curley for the first time. What a sweet young lady! She went out of her way to explain the workings of the new car for me including pairing my cell phone! It usually takes me about 30 minutes to figure out how to do this. She's a keeper! Last, but certainly not least, Dominic Hernandez was so kind going through the financing portion. He helped me get the little extra that I can afford. Your Service Department is also fantastic! Even an oil change can be a real pain with a service department who doesn't care about you. This is definitely NOT the case with Honda of Fort Worth. Because the Honda is such a great product, I don't come in except for oil changes mostly. The free car washes are a major plus! You have a superstar dealership here! Keep up the great work and thank you for another beautiful car! More
