Richard was very understanding and considerate of my needs throughout the entire process. Dominic did a great job helping me work out a great financing option for my new vehicle as well. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Ben Sherman. Ben did very little to even consider my position on the price and was quite rude to me during our discussion. If it wasn’t for Richard, who understood what I was asking for on the price, I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere based on my interaction with Ben alone. Definitely avoid Ben if you are shopping with this dealership. More
