It was awesome. That day started off rough, my car has broke down. And I was messaging Ben to see if I would even have a chance at getting approved. And was very nice. He gave me his honest opinion on the cars, and I drove off the lot with a car I’m very happy with. The financing person was pretty awesome too. A price twice offered then twice denied. Being dissatisfied with a CRV lease offer, I walked, only to be called back over the phone by a sales manager with one more acceptable. However, when Being dissatisfied with a CRV lease offer, I walked, only to be called back over the phone by a sales manager with one more acceptable. However, when back at the dealership, the offer was not allowed. I walked again and again called by a finance manager who apologized and offered the deal again. Upon appearing at the dealership, now a 4th time, and waiting the standard one hour, once again the offer was denied. Thats twice in a one week period with 2 sales managers and 2 finance managers. Dishonorable, disreputable and dishonest as well as unethical. Honda of Fort Worth will not loose only one customer with this sloppy "bait & switch," but 10. And we were a repeat customer at that.
