Jonny was extremely helpful when showing us the functions of our new car, from setting up the phone app to demonstrating features on the car itself. He is very knowledgeable and patient. When I first walked into Mercedes, I was greeted by their receptionist Sharon, who was the absolute sweetest! She was so kind, friendly, and always smiling. I was then helped by Brian T, the salesman, who was so wonderful! He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase and was overall a pleasure to work with. Many hours were spent together as we worked to finalize the deal and he made me laugh the whole time. I then worked with Kolls, the finance manager, to sign all the paperwork and make the numbers work. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about extra products, warranties, etc and was able to answer all of my many questions. The environment was warm and friendly and I would recommend anyone to come here! More
