Dominic in the Service Department is always kind, thoughtful, smiling, clear, and helpful above and beyond. When mice ate my wires and tubing, he took pictures, explained what needed to be done, got thoughtful, smiling, clear, and helpful above and beyond. And when I couldn’t figure out how to update my gps maps, he wrote out the directions step by step. He is a real asset to Honda North. More
