Everyone we dealt with was courteous and accommodating. The store was very well maintained and comfortable. My only gripe is NOT with the dealer but with Lexus. Lexus taking it upon themselves to add extras I wouldn’t have picked. For starters I would never upgrade my wheels and why would I purchase both the carpet and rubber mat options. I’d spend that money on a sun roof instead of a moon roof. Thank God they didn’t add in a “protectant” package. Must admit the manufacturer knows they have you over a barrel with limited inventory at all dealerships and it could have been worse. Toyota dealer was adding a 10% premium for a RAV4 Prime (and probably got it). That kind of customer service will make a customer rethink dealer and brand loyalty. More
