Hello, I spoke with your Advisor Dominic and he explained the following. The repair was delayed multiple days due to your extended warranty co Ally. The online portal was down, and the Advisor was unable to submit claim. He spoke to Aaron and Brady (Ally Reps) multiple times to try to resolve and was unable to. They would not allow him to submit the claim by phone. He was unable to get any information from Ally. An inspector showed up on the 17th, and he inspected the vehicle with Stephen (Shop Foreman) and denied the claim. The inspector had Stephen clear the check engine light and wait for it to come back on. It did not come back on immediately as it was an intermittent condition. We ran the vehicle for an extended period of time but check engine light did not come back on. Dominic then called you to provide an update. He stated you then elected to pick up vehicle and drive it until the light turns back on. We do apologize if all of this was not explained to you in a timely manner or efficiently.
