Our sales experience was great, but we are sitting here almost 30 days after our car was traded to buy the new one and the old one has still not been paid off! We are 2 days away from being reported to the credit bureau because of this dealership. I always loved this dealership and that is why we came back. But never again after this. They told us a week ago they overnighed a check to the lender, come to find out they didn't do it until we called them. The lender informed us a payoff amt was requested that day. On a lighter note.... This is our 3rd car from Allen Turner. The sales experiences have always been great here. Our salesman Frank Trommelen was awesome. We made a deal and came another day to purchase the car. It was cleaned up and ready to go when we got there, but upon inspection, we found the front end underneath was scraped up and was damaged. I was disappointed, but Frank started running around like crazy to see if he could find me another car just like it. Low and behold.... one had just came off the truck and he drove it over to the main lot for me. I could tell he generally wanted me to be happy and for us to have a good experience there and get what we wanted. If Frank had handled our payoff himself it probably would have gotten done. More

Troy Cox is a great salesman that did not push a sale. All I said was give me the best deal you can, I did not feel like haggling. Troy was able to give me such a good deal that from the time I started looking at vehicles on the lot to me driving off in my new Elantra was 3 1/2 hours. Kudo's Mr. Cox for making this a stress free vehicle buying experience! More

I am extremely pleased with my Elantra and Luis were fantastic salesmen. They were not pushy and let us make the decision without trying to sway us either way. They were able to answer all of our questions and worked as quick as they could. I have now had my car about eight months and still love it. This second time my husband and I purchased the Santa Fe. My husband was not sold on Hyundai even though he likes my car, but after working with Troy and test driving two different Santa Fe model, he was pretty sold. It has only been a couple of hours but we are loving the SUV. Troy was as great as Lewis and Rob were, and Dominic our loan manager also answered all of our questions and didn't try to force feed us all of the different extended packages after we made our decision. My parents will be going to Allen Turner Hyundai here in a few months to make the switch from Toyota. More

Never once did I feel nerves, and Troy was straight with me from the start. He didn't promise me any thing that couldn't be done, and assured me that he had my family interests in mind. When Dominick Haymon closed the deal, there was no rush to sign the paperwork. There wasn't that feeling like he wanted me to hurry up and get out of the office. I was called back to the dealership for an error, i was kind of worried that something was wrong but Shahid Manzoor assured me that there was no problem and worked to keep everything great. The whole experience,.... when they speak with you, there is a feeling of belonging. When they speak to you, they do so with the effort to make sure you want to come back again and again. They invest their time in you and your future, and you feel like you belong there. Troy,Dominic and Shahid made it happen for my family. My family is forever thankful, and I look forward to continued visits with them. More
