No pressure or pushing by my salesperson, Troy Cox, he answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai line of cars and went way beyond anything i have ever experienced car buying wise. They got me into car better than the one i was going to buy for the same great price and even for less money than what i thought i was going to have to pay for a new car. He was helpful, not pushy, answered all my questions thoroughly, and worked with me to get all the available rebates. My issues were with the lack of communication to me, the buyer, after the sale when they, Allen Turner, changed my finance provider. The new provider called me informing me that I had opened an account with them. I had not been made aware and immediately thought my identity had been stolen. A little communication of the front end would have gone a long way. Additionally, the length of time to get my tag title paperwork sent to an AL tag office, they sent it the day before the temp tag expired, has added more of a sour taste in my mouth regarding this dealership. I'm hopeful that my service experience in the coming months will improve my perception of this dealership. More
