We bought his (Santa Fe Sport) and her (Accent) 2014 vehicles and were very pleased at the overall experience. There was no pressure and lots of encouragement by the two sales people to test drive multiple cars to make sure we selected the correct ones to fit our needs. We are very pleased with the financing and greatly appreciate the both thorough and efficient manner of the business end of purchasing two new cars. Thank Troy Cox for your calm nature and kind manner. Your wealth of knowledge made us very comfortable in our new purchases. Thank you Raque Bohatka for all the time you spent with us both educating us on the options available and discovering the multiple people we knew in common, especially Mike Whelan. That discovery was key in closing the deal. Thank you Dominick Haymon for staying late and making sure we understood the best options for our extended warranty. When we decided to move forward with the financing, we dealt with John Knight. He went above and beyond to get us the financing we were shopping for. He was on the phone getting the deal done! When we were ready to sign the paperwork, we dealt with Dominick H. He was very courteous and professional. This was our first visit to this dealership and we will be back. Santa Fe Purchase My wife and I had been surfing the internet for a sensible replacement for our 2-seater vehicle. We had previously owned a Hyundai and a few Kia's. We like the look and prices for the Santa Fe and the extra seating compared to our current situation. Great first time car buying experience!! My fiance and I had been looking for a car to buy for the prior 2 weeks. After going from dealership to dealership with pushy salesman, trouble gettin My fiance and I had been looking for a car to buy for the prior 2 weeks. After going from dealership to dealership with pushy salesman, trouble getting approved because of our "new" credit (even with a score in the 700's), and high interest rates if we made a last stop for the day at Allen Turner Hyundai. We hadn't given that particular dealership a thought before, because we assumed they did not have an affordable car for us.Well, it all played out pretty grand from the moment we pulled up. We definitely felt it was meant to be; And yes, this is a real review, haha. We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We got out of our car and was confronted by Allen Turner himself, asking if he could assist us. We told him our story - we tragically lost one of our cars in a wreck one week before losing our second car in the Pensacola flood. He immediately told my fiance and I that we were going to walk off with a great car if he had to call the banks himself to get us approved with a good interest rate. So we walked around a picked out the car we wanted. We were going back and forth from the Accent to the Elantra, but our saleman Jesse McLemore was not pushy at all! It was fantastic. He let us talk about it on our own without throwing little tid-bits in there even thought one was about $5,000 more than the other. We ended up getting a 2014 Hyundai Elantra with an interest rate of 3.9%. We were so happy! The payments are $356 a month. It has now been about a month and we just love our new car!! The gas mileage is great! Combined miles are 35-38. It goes up to 40-45 on the highway. We do wish we could have gotten the car for maybe just $2,000 less but overall we figure we made that money back with the interest rate, gas mileage, and wonderful service!! Also, do not forget the GREAT warranty on Hyundai's!!! More

From the start Jason was helpful and courteous. I spoke with him about our goals and he did his best to put us in a vehicle that met those goals. Getting the best deal that met our needs was paramount and with him about our goals and he did his best to put us in a vehicle that met those goals. Getting the best deal that met our needs was paramount and it showed in the actions and determination of the entire staff. John did a great job of finding the right "numbers" for us and going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the deal and making it as expedited as possible. Dominic was very informative about the "in-and-outs" of the deal and explained them with patience and knowledge. Buying a car with a 4 month old is a daunting task. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. I hope the rest of the experiences we have at Allen Turner meet and exceed the expectation and reputation that has been set by these gentlemen. It will be big shoes to fill for sure. Thank You Jason, John, and Dominic for a great experience and for staying late to finish the deal for us. You guys were awesome! More

Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly. We liked the no pressure approach. All of the paperwork was done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. As you can imagine, while looking for a new car I had been visiting several dealerships and talking with many different personnel. Several dealership personnel were OVERLY communicative making me feel li been visiting several dealerships and talking with many different personnel. Several dealership personnel were OVERLY communicative making me feel like I would be in the hands of some high-pressure sales, and just flat out being annoying. FOR ME, this is a huge turn-off to the entire dealership, no matter how great the deal or the vehicle. However, with my Allen Turner Hyundai experience, from the get go, David was very polite, professional and communicated at just the right amount from initial contact online, to phone, to in person. It did not take me long to decide on my vehicle. This was equally due to my personal desire and research, as it was David's salesmanship and patience. My first truly enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience as far as the actual sales and negotiations. I already knew the vehicle (2103 Elantra GLS) was fantastic!! I am counting on the Allen Turner Hyundai service department to be as outstanding as the showroom department! :D More
