Jason was very professional and friendly while showing me a variety of cars from the selection. There was one car in particular that caught my eye (2014 Hyundai Elantra). There was a possibility that the car was out of my price range; however, Jason, along with, Dominick Haymon worked continuously for hours to make it possible for me to purchase the vehicle. I would also like to personally thank Shahid Manzoor. He was very patient, reassuring, and friendly with me and pushed aggressively to find a lender for me. I am very thankful and pleased with these 3 Salesman/employees. I inquired about a Used Hyundai on-line and received a reply almost instantly from Internet sales introducing Chad Skeeles who offering to setup a time for me to drive the car. Chad was very helpful and immediately made me feel comfortable. Chad worked hard to get me the most from my 2005 Santa Fe, I decided to go home to evaluate the deal. After leaving the Dealership to consider the offer I called Chad with a few questions. To my surprise Chad called and said that I could move up to a New Tuscon with the features I required at the price agreed upon on the 2013 model.. Later that night we exchanged email with figures, Vin numbers for the new vehicle. Chad answered more questions for me until 9:45 PM from his home. Mr Basel Muraisi, Sales Consultant, immediately greeted us in a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Not only was Mr. Muraisi able to get us in a vehicle in a short time frame but...He was able to get us financing quickly for a NEW vehicle for what we would have ended up paying for a used vehicle! He exceeded our expectations and more...And then we were introduced to Mr. Dominick Haymon, Business Manager, who also was very pleasant, friendly, and very informative. He was able to answer ALL questions as he explained in great detail every aspect of the financial and warranty packages available to us. To our surprise, we have NEVER had such a comfortable and enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle which, can be very stressful. We have a Hyundai Tuscon SUV and now thanks to Allen Turner and his wonderful staff, we now are the proud owners of a Hyundai Veloster! =-) We would definitely recommend to ANYONE who is in the market for a vehicle or even thinking of purchasing a vehicle, to visit Allen Turner and his staff before looking elsewhere!
