The outstanding staff of BMW of Tenafly earned my business and loyalty by providing friendly and uncompromising service. I have been working personally with client advisor Angelo Guerriero since I began shopping at the dealer, I can honestly say I have yet to meet an individual as exceptional as he at any dealer I have ever been to. I have spent many hours across the desk from my man Angelo, all of which have been a pleasure. He is a truly exceptional individual; I strongly recommend anyone considering visiting or working with the dealer now or in the future (regarding new or used car sales) to ask for Angelo in particular. Not only has my experience with the client advising team at BMW of Tenafly been exceptional, but my experience with service advisor Dominick Vitetta and appointment coordinator Sandra Pilavdjian has been nothing short of fantastic. Dominick has taken care of all of my service needs with a smile since I began servicing my vehicles at BMW of Tenafly. He provides a great service, he is always diligent with regards to followup calls and vehicle updates, I would recommend anyone servicing their vehicle at BMW of Tenafly for the first time to specifically ask Sandra Pilavdjian(appointment coordinator) to work with Dominick. Sandra is also an incredible member of the Tenafly team. She is always willing to work with you to try and squeeze you in at the last minute or even get you in a complimentary loaner car when there seems to be none left! She is truly great and it is always a pleasure working with her. There is nothing to complain about when it comes to BMW of Tenafly. Angelo, Dominick, and Sandra have combined to truly make every experience with the dealer a fantastic one. I will continue to work with Angelo for all of my automotive needs now and in the future without question; and when that beautiful new BMW needs its first service, I will look forward to working with both Sandra and Dominick, as all three are exceptional individuals whom provide a truly exceptional service. Dominck, Sandra, and Ronnie went above and beyond! The staff and service was great! They were courteous and professional! Even staff that were not directly working with me or my car were friendly! My car' staff and service was great! They were courteous and professional! Even staff that were not directly working with me or my car were friendly! My car's service was done in only a short while. I think Sandra must be a great asset to BMW of Tenafly. To tell you of my experience at this dealership, the moment I walked in I was greeted by Sandra and immediately I feel her good offices. What Impressed me most was her clarity in explaining to me what BMW of Tenafly will be doing for me. I felt valued. For Domincik, he was cool and patient and answered all my questions and explained to me what was done to my car. Great person. More
