I made an appointment on Sat 5/11 to have my 2021 Honda Passport serviced for a routine oil and tire rotation service. We added on a wheel alignment and the process was supposed to take 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark I had not received any notification. I went to look for my service advisor and when I found him he said they were running behind and it would be another 45 minutes. At the 3-hour from my service appointment mark my vehicle was still not ready. I still at this point had not received any communication and I went to go find my service advisor only to have someone else tell me my car was about to come out in 15 mins. I paid for my service and got in my car and drove off. On Sunday 5/12 I woke up and tried to start the car and it would not turn on. I used a jumper to start the car and it was fine. I had to travel for work on Monday 5/12 and my wife uses the car to take our Autistic daughter to and from her ABA therapy. When I landed I received a call from my wife that the car would not start once again. I had her call AAA and they came to check the battery and the AAA technician found that the battery terminals were placed back on the battery but never tightened. This is unacceptable especially for how much Findlay Honda charges for their services. I’m glad I had AAA because otherwise my wife and my autistic daughter could’ve been stranded with me out of town. Sufficed to say I will think twice about taking my vehicle back to Findlay Honda after this experience. More

I had a great experience with Findlay Honda. Dominic was very thorough during the inspection and did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. In reference to this particular visit, my issue with my Odyssey 2018 has been resolved.
