HAPPY HONDA DAY!!! Yesterday (6/23) we had no plan to purchase a new vehicle - oh silly us! I had been thinking about replacing my 2014 Nissan Rogue because B'Ville doe Yesterday (6/23) we had no plan to purchase a new vehicle - oh silly us! I had been thinking about replacing my 2014 Nissan Rogue because B'Ville doesn't have a Nissan dealership and I only wanted to get some information regarding a Honda CRV. The entire staff with whom we came in contact was so very personable and professional, I am now a "Happy Honda Lady" (2016 CRV Touring) and, so far today have shared our positive experience with 10 acquaintences. I will happily recommend this "Hometown Dealership" to anyone. Special kudos for Jeremy Coles, Josh Matney, Dominykas Kvedys, and Hal Steinky (owner). The best experience yet, in buying a car. We were looking for a nicer car and had heard that Honda of Bartlesville was a great place to do business with. We went in today and had the privilege of meeting Mr. Bebee Stephenson. He was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He is not a high pressured salesman. We explained what we were looking for. He found it, we drove it and loved it. He was able to meet our price and we drove off in a new car:) This is the cleanest car dealership we have ever been in. The service department provided a nice place to wait. Everyone was friendly and respectful. We highly recommend this salesman and this business. The short drive up from Tulsa was definitely worth the trip and helped me find the best price possible. After talking on the phone with Eric Morgan he knew exactly what we were looking for. He had the car ready when we arrived so we could take a test drive right away. The price we had talked about on the phone was the price I was given at the dealership. No hidden fees or pressure to add additional features. Dominykas Kvedys did a great job when it came to financing the vehicle. He efficiently drew up the numbers and walked us through our warranty options. Dominykas got us into our new car quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our Saturday afternoon. Before we drove off, Eric spent time with us going over some of the car's features and setup our phones so they would work with the Civic's Bluetooth/CarPlay. David Howell showed us all of the features on the 2016 Honda Pilot set up both of our phones and contact lists. Dominykas Kvedys explained the Honda warranty and additional coverage that could be purchased and what it covered. Both employees were very courteous and informative. David Howell came in on his day off to help us purchase the car because we had previously talked to him about purchasing a new Pilot. More
