They do it right!! I've purchased two new Hondas from Honda of BV. The service as well as the sales reps have always gone above and beyond to help with any problems or I've purchased two new Hondas from Honda of BV. The service as well as the sales reps have always gone above and beyond to help with any problems or questions I might have. I've dealt mostly with Dave in the service dept. He is always friendly, personable and very polite. If I have a concern, I feel he will give me an honest answer, won't recommend work I really don't need done, yet keeps me on track with maintenance that truly needs to be completed. I've been taking my Hondas there for service for about 10 years and never had a major problem yet. They must be doing it right!! More

Best lot hands down I called 2 honda dealerships and people were not calling me back with quotes or making me feel like it was possible for me to get a new car. I called I called 2 honda dealerships and people were not calling me back with quotes or making me feel like it was possible for me to get a new car. I called honda of bartelsville Eric called me back within 10 min with my quote. The quote was thousands less than other lots. I explained my credit wasn't good but I had a down payment. They told me to come see them and they would would get me in a new car. 2 hours after arriving I was going home in my new car. Erik and Dominikas were awesome they did everything they said they would. I HIGHLY recommend these guys More

great dealer i live 75 miles from dealership i called for a price( i knew what i wanted )they gave me a price that was better than i had expected , i told them we i live 75 miles from dealership i called for a price( i knew what i wanted )they gave me a price that was better than i had expected , i told them we would be there at a certain time for a test drive the car was ready for delivery when we got there, we drove it, we liked it, i gave the salesman the price i had written down and asked if we were on the same page, he said yes we were we had about a 10 minute wait(quickest i have ever had)before the finance man got there again no pressure no hidden costs would recommend this dealership to anyone . didn't pay one penny more than the original quote. my salesman is david howell and i can't remember the finance mans name but he's about 7' tall this is our first honda . More
