I was slightly apprehensive to go car shopping - usually they swoop down and hound you so almost feel pressured into buying a car. I can honestly say that this dealership was nothing like that. From the moment I reached out online to the moment I walked though the door I felt like I mattered. I was not pressured, instead met by all the friendly people and basically treated like family. My salesman, Eric Morgan, was awesome!! Not only answering all of my questions and concerns, but also answering my dads questions as well. From sales to finance, this dealership was top notch. The owner came out to personally thank my father and I for shopping with them (he knew our names and everything!) it was such a great experience! I have already told many coworkers about HOB! Before I made the trip to tulsa there, I had called and talked to a salesman. They had the vehicle I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted outside by the salesman I visited on the phone with. He took me to a large selection of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. We took it for a spin and he explained all the features about the car in depth as well as answered all my questions. I had a trade in so they gave me the cost of the vehicle I would be purchasing and also my trade in with the cost. I took a little time that day to think it over and went back and hour later to buy the car. Finance went very smooth and I also had my questions answered there also.
