The staff was very courteous and friendly. As far as I can tell so far the work was satisfactory. My only negative comment would be the length of time it took to do the work. I understand that the dealership needed to get approval to do the work because it was a recall but I was initially told it would take 4-5 weeks and it took 7. Still overall I am very satisfied with the dealer and would not hesitate to use them again. More
