Like Dealing with family. An all around great experience. I've been dealing with the Hardy Family ever since they went into business and it hasn't changed one bit over the years. Last week I called and tal I've been dealing with the Hardy Family ever since they went into business and it hasn't changed one bit over the years. Last week I called and talked to Don Baines and told him what I was looking for. He set me up the next day with Billy Barnett. Billy had several picked for me to compare. My wife and I drove in and Billy took us to each auto and went over all the details. As always there. it was like dealing with a close friend. Giving me advice on what would or should be best for me, all while listening to what we wanted. We drove away that evening happy and satisfied believing we had gotten the best deal out there. If you're in the market for a new (or used) auto, give these people a chance to win your business and friendship. More

He took the time to help us set up the OnStar and made sure it was working right. He gave us great service before and after the sale.It was a great experience .He even called the next day to see how the car was doing. Thanks so much! More

In Nov. 2012 we purchased 2 new vehicles from Dan Worley. One was a 2012 Acadia. Recently I decided that I wanted to upgrade it to something with blind spot monitors & heated/cooled leather seats. I researched other dealers but decided to go back to Hardy. You know the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" , well that was how I felt after dealing with other places. I contacted Dan on Jan. 18 & told him there was an 2014 Acadia SLT2 that I was interested in. But that there was also a 2014 Traverse LTZ that caught my attention online and that I possibly liked that one more. So he told me to come on down. We drove to Hardy from Cartersville. By the time we got there, he had the keys pulled for the 2 SUVs that I was interested in and also had the Traverse warmed up for me ( IT was COLD outside). We took her for a test drive & decided that the 2014 Traverse LTZ was the car for me. With in an hour, I was driving away in my new SUV. This is definitely our go to place when it comes to buying a new car/suv. There is no pressure. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly & they actually remembered us from when we bought our other 2 new cars from them. Would recommend Hardy to anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle. More

When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile, which was a foreshadow of what my visit would be like. Graham listened to my needs and went right to work for me. Purchased my 2014 GMC Sierra here after placing an order from the factory. I was very particular about the options and packages I wanted (and did not want), so it was helpful that Mr. Barnett was communica from the factory. I was very particular about the options and packages I wanted (and did not want), so it was helpful that Mr. Barnett was communicative about getting the options and packages just right. Because I was ordering from the factory for dealership delivery, two things were especially important to me: (1) that the truck arrived exactly as I ordered it and (2) that I did not feel gouged on the price simply because I was not buying from dealer inventory on the lot. In the end, the sales people got both of these things right. I'm not sure I could not have gotten a slightly better deal on price had the vehicle been in stock somewhere else, but I felt like I was treated fairly on the terms of the deal and was able to get exactly the vehicle I wanted. Another good thing about my experience is that the sales people--both Barnett and his sales manager, Don Baines--made an effort to expedite the paperwork in consideration of some the time constraints on that day that were a concern of myself and my wife. All in all, a very approachable and considerate staff plus a fair deal. Would not hesitate to work again with this dealership in the future or to recommend them to friends or family. More

I came in to the dealership on Thursday after speaking with Dusty Shelton through email. We were going to see if i could get cheaper payment a month. On May 22nd, My husband stopped at Hardy Chevrolet to look at the 2013 Equinox. He began walking the lot, just looking! Terry Wyatt came out to assist my husband but did not approach him until my husband look at the 2013 Equinox. He began walking the lot, just looking! Terry Wyatt came out to assist my husband but did not approach him until my husband acknowledged that he was, in fact, interested in the vehicle. Terry was Professional, Friendly, and not too Pushy. After speaking with Terry and Brad Wilson, crunching numbers, my husband came home to discuss the options for a new vehicle (this was around 7:30 PM). I, being a little excited about teh possibility of owning a new CHEVY, My husband called Terry to make sure it was alright to come back to the lot so I could test drive the Equinox. Upon arriving at the lot, we were greeted by Terry with Keys to a new Equinox. I test drove it, loved it, Picked out the color I wanted, and began the process to take my new car home :) Brad got the finacials in order, passed it to Jason, we closed the deal (including my traded vehicle), and were home by 9:30 PM. Continuing my praises... May 24th, we arrived at the lot to drop off my New Equinox for a Bath and Detailing around 8:30 in the morning. My husband began walking towards the 2500 HD trucks. Robert Ard came out and asked if he could help with anything. We advised we were there to see Terry.. Terry was off but asked Robert to help us :) My husband began talking about a new truck (2500HD to be exact). Robert looked in the Sysytem to find a truck that would fit our budget and general specs... Within 20min, My husband found the truck he wanted. By 2 PM, someone was on the way to the Gainesville location to pick up my husbands truck (and my Equinox was clean and shny :)). At 7PM, We picked up my husbands truck! Don Baines had the numbers in order and ready for Jason to get the papers signed. This process (including finding teh truck and signing all papers) took about 2 hrs of our time IN the dealership. I can not express enough how HAPPY we are with HARDY. To be honest, we had an awful experience at the Certified Used Car lot a little over a year ago and swore we would never return based on the treatment we received. I am glad we came back!! 2 Brand new vehicles within 1 week from this dealership was definitely NOT a mistake!! More
