I've have been looking at a vehicle online for about 1 week now. The price online is $30,585. I email asking if the vehicle is still available before I go out to see and test drive it. Don replies with yes at the online price of $33,585. THREE thousand dollars more. I point this out. No apology just a whole bunch of..... well with the chip shortage and blah, blah, blah....... So bait and switch, price gouging. Social media and the state attorney general are nice places to go. I'd give him a 0 star if I could. I have copies of the internet ad price and his response. More

I liked everything except the test drive experience. It was super annoying. He was condescending. If you don’t like women, don’t show to women. If you don’t want to wear your mask in the car during COVID, was super annoying. He was condescending. If you don’t like women, don’t show to women. If you don’t want to wear your mask in the car during COVID, don’t be in the car. Just overall a bad test drive experience. Everyone else was five stars. If I hadn’t met the tech guy right after, I would have walked the xxxx away. I am a woman. I have been in the navy for close to twenty years. Don’t treat me like an idiot for asking questions. You want to ride in the car to micromanage my test drive? Then answer my questions politely and not like an xxxxxxx. More

I had a great night last night getting my first new car in 20 years. I felt like a kid all over again. The whole team was great including Neil in management & Darryl Cross in finance, who did a great job e in 20 years. I felt like a kid all over again. The best though was my sales consultant Prince. He was awesome from beginning to end and we chatted a lot while we were waiting for my vehicle to be fully detailed. He answered all my questions very knowledgably and showed me all the bells & whistles on my new Odyssey and believe me, there's lots of bells & whistles. BTW, the detailing team also did a great job, thank you. There's nothing like that new car smell! Thanks to everyone and I will highly recommend you to anyone that I come across that needs a new vehicular unit! More

I walked into Hall Honda, Virginia Beach feeling torn between the Honda CRV, a competitor or keeping my current vehicle. When I went in today, I told Chris that I wasn't going to make a purchase today, between the Honda CRV, a competitor or keeping my current vehicle. When I went in today, I told Chris that I wasn't going to make a purchase today, but wanted to look at the CRV a second time (I'd already test driven it a different dealership, but I had purchased prior cars from Hall, so wanted to come back.) I also wanted the trade in value for my current car. Chris was wonderfully kind, patient and helpful. He almost had a sale! However, the GM came over and put on way too much pressure for an immediate decision without giving me trade-in info or even correct financing information. I was very turned off and left knowing I wouldn't be purchasing the CRV from Chris. He deserved the sale, but the pressure from GM was just too much. I purchased the CRV from a different dealership. More
