My first Audi was a 2006 A4. I have been an Audi owner ever since! The cars are great, the service has always been the best, and seeing Audi leading the industry with new design, technologies and more - I decided to join Audi 8 years ago. Today I enjoy assisting new clients, families and friends. I visit with my previous clients returning for service, and shopping for new Audi models as they also enjoy their great cars. No pressure experience I have always used Audi San Diego to service my 2011 S4 (which I purchased in Northern California for other reasons). Brett in service has always been I have always used Audi San Diego to service my 2011 S4 (which I purchased in Northern California for other reasons). Brett in service has always been super knowledgeable and prompt to get me an appointment when needed. So when I decided to buy or lease a new Audi S5, I naturally went to my current dealership. I was referred to Don Bragg and the process was smooth and enjoyable. There was no pressure to choose either option, and financing, should I have chosen to go the purchase route, was simple and offered low interest rates through SDCCU. I ended up leasing, which was equally simple. Joyce Jung was clear and efficient in finance. All in all, a good day. More

Paid off Lease made SIMPLE! Don Bragg and Brett made the entire experience from the moment I walked in!!! I have had my RS7 for 4 years, Don made the appt for me to pay it off an Don Bragg and Brett made the entire experience from the moment I walked in!!! I have had my RS7 for 4 years, Don made the appt for me to pay it off and Brett took care of any and all of the car service check, Don lined me up a fabulous rental car so I could leave it there for a quick "recall item" and then came back and we were off and running. Lease transition with ease!
