My first Audi was a 2006 A4. I have been an Audi owner ever since! The cars are great, the service has always been the best, and seeing Audi leading the industry with new design, technologies and more - I decided to join Audi 8 years ago. Today I enjoy assisting new clients, families and friends. I visit with my previous clients returning for service, and shopping for new Audi models as they also enjoy their great cars. Car wash Don’t offer a complimentary car wash if you can’t deliver. When I drove in they were washing and when I left they were washing cars. My buying experience I called to speak with a sales person about a car I saw on the show room floor while over getting service a week prior. I asked for information regarding a Q5 from a sales person on the phone and didn’t receive a call back. Many hours later I then called and asked to speak with the sales manager and eventually received a call back from a different sales person. I bought my Q5 car from that person. During delivery of the car there was equipment missing. I am headed over today to pick those items up. I like my new car and the service department at this dealership is excellent. I like Audi vehicles and have owned them for over 20+ years. I was promised at the time of delivery I would receive my check on the excess cash in the purchase of $16,000 and I still haven’t received this. This was the most difficult purchase I have ever had. More

They take the time to go over everything and explain everything, but they're not pushy and I never felt pressured. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Audi. I also have to say that the dreadful financing room was quick and painless. I recently helped my mom with a car purchase at another dealership and brand and it took forever. Thank you, San Diego Audi! Thank you, Don and Robert!! More
