My first Audi was a 2006 A4. I have been an Audi owner ever since! The cars are great, the service has always been the best, and seeing Audi leading the industry with new design, technologies and more - I decided to join Audi 8 years ago. Today I enjoy assisting new clients, families and friends. I visit with my previous clients returning for service, and shopping for new Audi models as they also enjoy their great cars. Great Employees Just wanted to express my thanks to Brett and Don, although I am not longer the proud owner of an Audi, as I have been since 1997, Brett has always be Just wanted to express my thanks to Brett and Don, although I am not longer the proud owner of an Audi, as I have been since 1997, Brett has always been there in a pinch. In the end Brett's recommendation of Don Bragg to help us out of a situation couldn't have been more spot on. Just as it has always been at Audi of San Diego, Don treated us with kindness and consideration. Although I certainly miss my A6, the wife is happy and I avoided a 12 thousand dollar fix in the process. I do think Audi needs to look at this manufacturing and repair situation a bit deeper, when consider the cars of the world and the average cost to fix a timing issue, 12k is insane! Regardless I will always appreciate Brett for the kind and generous help and Don for closing up a less than happy situation with professionalism and compassion. Wife's happy, I'm good:-) Thanks for everything guys! More

So far, so good! This was my first visit to the Audi of S.D. service dept. since purchasing my 2018 Audi. It was a big relief to find out that its staff was frie This was my first visit to the Audi of S.D. service dept. since purchasing my 2018 Audi. It was a big relief to find out that its staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was told exactly what they would be doing to my car and when it would be ready for pick-up. What a relief to find out that it actually was ready when promised and looking great after a good wash and cleanup! While waiting for my car I paid a visit to my salesman, Don Bragg, who showed me that I was a valued customer and not just someone who he could forget about once he had made his sale. Since this was my first service visit I realize that it's not fair quite yet to proclaim how wonderful the dealership is but, if future visits are as satisfying, I will be very pleased that I chose to purchase my car from Audi San Diego. More

A Wonderful Experience from Sales to Finance Don and Rosalina!!!!! What an amazing team you have with those two! As a typical car buyer, I am not thrilled with even the idea of dealing with a ca Don and Rosalina!!!!! What an amazing team you have with those two! As a typical car buyer, I am not thrilled with even the idea of dealing with a car sales man. Don has literally blown my mind with his professionalism and low pressure sales approach. He was relatable, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He has a forever customer in me! On to Finance, the second most dreaded part of buying a car. Don escorts me to Finance and I am already thinking of ways to decline dealer financing and all the other ancillary products I was about to be sold. Rosalina, like Don, shot down all my preconceptions that buying a car was going to be a dreadful experience. Rosalina has me in and out of her office in record time. I even purchased the extended warranty and finances through her recommendation. I really connected with Rosalina and would recommend her to friends and family. Overall, everyone at the dealership was great to work with. More

Great Service I have been a AUDI owner (A6 and S6) now for the past 3 years and feel that AUDI San Diego is outstanding when it comes to their service department. Manny Gastelum (service advisor) is extremely Knowledgeable and ensures that you fully understand the "in and out" of very test performed on my car.
