My first Audi was a 2006 A4. I have been an Audi owner ever since! The cars are great, the service has always been the best, and seeing Audi leading the industry with new design, technologies and more - I decided to join Audi 8 years ago. Today I enjoy assisting new clients, families and friends. I visit with my previous clients returning for service, and shopping for new Audi models as they also enjoy their great cars. Be aware of unwanted add-ons We baught a new Q7 there and we really wanted to like this dealership. What started as a positive experience, at the end left a sour taste. We were charged for an unwanted add-on and still waiting for a check after more than a month. There are some nice and professional people at this dealership, but we felt that as soon as papers are signed, the level of communication and customer service dropped dramatically. only needed to sign a few papers - 1 hour and 25 min later.. I purchased a vehilce from a private party that was on a lease. I was planning on paying cash with a simple process. After we structured our deal t I purchased a vehilce from a private party that was on a lease. I was planning on paying cash with a simple process. After we structured our deal the seller was told by the leasing company that the dealership had to get involived. The dealership charged an additional $500 to "handle the paperwork" that made no sense to me. The car was at your dealership for a good week waiting for both of us to return to San Diego to complete the deal. It was my understanding that your dealership had to "check it out". When i went to pick up the car I waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes to sign whatever documents you needed, and when finally was given the keys to the car it was not even washed or I believe touched since the seller dropped the car off a good week before. I have owned my company for over 3 decades and customer serviceis most important to me. Would it have been that difficult to have a file with paperwork ready for me to walk in sign the docs and walk out with a clean vehicle in a few short minutes? I am a customer and don't want to hear that we are busy and sold other cars that Saturday morning and had to wait my turn. I am positve that your company does most of its business on the weekends same as i know when my company does most of our business. I overstaff in advance planning on the business coming in the door to create a positve customer experience vs what was offered to me at your dealership. Yes your finance lady was very professional and fast when she finally met with me but not a good customer experience. This is a perfect example of why a typical consumer hates walking into a dealership. Sorry just being honest. More
