That's the way to do business! I am on the east coast of Florida. I was looking for a truck for my fire sprinkler division. I had been to at least a dozen dealerships. I must ha I am on the east coast of Florida. I was looking for a truck for my fire sprinkler division. I had been to at least a dozen dealerships. I must have wasted 20 hours + at these dealerships. They wanted to sell me what they wanted, not what I wanted. Then the back and forth with discounts and fees and negotiating. They all were in the Sales Prevention Department. I received a flyer from Don Sr. over at Walker in Clearwater. I called and got Don Jr.. He listened, responded appropriately and got to work. He gave some options and let me decide. He went on vacation but still followed-up with me from there (did not badger me). When I decided, he had Don Sr. take over from there. Long story short, I was so pleased with the treatment I received, I bought (2) trucks, (1) van and an SUV for our company this week from Walker. It was effortless and they delivered the vehicles to me on the east coast. Buy your commercial vehicles from them. That's one less thing you need to worry about in running your business. I pay my Employees to make my life easier; and I feel the same about my Suppliers. I received great value. More

When I initially called to in As a business owner I truly appreciate the service that I have received from Don Dithmer Jr and the team at Walker Ford. When I initially called to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in, Don Jr was very helpful and down to earth. I can not stand the typical "car salesman" attitude and thankfully I did not get that vibe from him. Within 30 minuets we had worked out a deal to trade in my used truck and scheduled to have my new truck delivered. Understanding that I was extremely busy during the time of purchase, he was able to do the entire sale via text and email. Don Jr also arranged to have my new truck delivered directly to my jobsite where I was working the very next day! This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a vehicle dealership / salesmen. I would highly recommend speaking with Don Jr if you are looking into a new vehicle. best deal in town I am a small business owner,and time is a very important to me, to make a long story short, I made a deal over the phone with DON, witch by the way wa I am a small business owner,and time is a very important to me, to make a long story short, I made a deal over the phone with DON, witch by the way was the best price I could fine, and in today's day of internet access that is a lot of comparison, I took the time to drive to the dealer ( WALKER FORD) witch by the was 250 miles away, expecting to get there and find myself in a fight over what we had agreed upon by phone, but to my surprise everything was even better than promised, I was met by DON, and he took me to see MICKEY in finance where he briefly mentioned about the extended warranty, but did not try to push it down my throat, after all was said and done I walked out paying $15 less a month than I had thought I was going to pay, I was out the door and in my new vehicle before I had finished my coffee, over all this was a great experience, and will recommend the to every one I know, thank you.
