My visit started out a little rocky only because of a bit of miscommunication between myself and the online sales team; however, Don Hansen turned everything around. He delivered exceptional customer service. He made me feel as though he cared about me not just as a customer, but as a person. When he realized my cell phone battery was running low, he quickly found an adapter for me to charge it. There were times where things felt confusing, and I was overwhelmed, but he was so kind and took the time to answer any questions that I had. As the time went by, I developed a terrible migraine. Don showed concern and brought me water so that I could take some medicine. At every turn, he went above and beyond. He, along with Bernard and Matt all stayed past closing to assist me. When Don realized I would have to Uber home since the vehicle would not be ready until the next day, (I live near the city so imagine the cost!!), he would not hear of it. Thanks to both him and Matt, I was able to go home in a loaner vehicle. Don is a rare gem in customer service. So many people are focused on just getting the deal and misleading customers. Don never put the "sell" before me, his customer. He was more concerned about establishing an honest and transparent relationship with me, and THIS is why Sunrise has me as a customer. People like Don are the reason potential customers not only make a purchase but remain a customer for life. Thank you, Don. Little did you know I was having a very rough week and just your acts of kindness throughout the entire process really made a difference to me. More
