The best. Makes money for his employer( as he should) but is fair and honest to deal with. He knows about the notion that “ money talks”. And he , accordingly, has become a very good listener. Excellent buying experience. No pressure, just very helpful This was my second purchase from Fred Anderson. Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth This was my second purchase from Fred Anderson. Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth the experience whether it's buying a car or getting it serviced. On this particular occasion, I came back 3 times before finally deciding on which RAV4 to buy. All I can say is that the salesman who sold me the car; Taylor Dunn, was just a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, he helped me get my Android hooked up so I could use Google maps and Waze and he was just a really helpful. The manager I worked with was Don Hesher and he helped me work out a very reasonable deal that I was satisfied with. It's what the car buying experience hould be: I felt I got a reasonable trade-in for my Prius and got a pretty nice discount on the RAV4. I'm sure they made their profit so we all went home happy. More
