I've never met a salesman with such a calm demeanor and respectful way of dealing with customers. I was dreading buying a new car because I usually don't like the lengthy ordeal that is involved. Don was understanding from the start about the amount of time I had to work out a deal. He did not waste mine or my families time with multiple negotiations. he gave me his best price and I gave him my best offer and we met closer to my end. I also met with Sherry regarding extended warranty and tire protection. she was also very calm and pleasant and understanding of our budget. I really liked that she came to the salesman's desk and we weren't whisked away to a back office for countless minutes of negotiating. There was also a very nice gentleman (maybe Tim was his name?) who went over the whole car with me step by step. Recently my wife needed a new suv for her and our 2 smal I bought my 1st infiniti here in 2005. great experience w mike Buehl who has since moved on. Recently my wife needed a new suv for her and our 2 small kids, I researched many mid size and large suv's. I always come back to infiniti. the lease deal on the QX60 is much better than any other less equipped suv's and the other vehicles are not nearly as nice as the QX60. I hope they have a referral program, a lot of people in my wife's Mom group now want to look at the QX60. The service there is also great and I would highly recommend them as they are very efficient and always seem to have a loaner car and fix whatever issue you may have. More
