Instead of listening he continued to interrupt me that he has over 20-years experience, which as nothing to do with my problem. The purchase of an Extended Warranty is to cover your vehicle after the Manufacturer's Warranty. I will never purchase another vehicle from this Dealership. I would not recommend anyone purchasing an Extended Warranty if they will not honor their mistake regarding their incompetence to make sure that the Extended Warranty would be honored after the Manufacturer's Warranty. More
