He was always there to greet me with a smile, was extremely patient, not pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the several makes I was considering. Even though the dealership did not have the exact vehicle I decided upon, Roland assured me that he could get it. With a vast array of auction resources at their disposal, he assured me that all I had to do was make a list of the options desired, and they would find the car I wanted within my budget. Within 6 weeks, the perfect car came up and they purchased it for me. Mark Rose oversaw the whole process and did an extraordinary job of making sure my car was mechanically sound before I drove it off the lot.
