My 2010 E-150 conversion van I purchase from Taylor Ford was riding rough, over and over they told me there was nothing they could do, they told me the vehicle was beefed up to a E-250 suspension (E-250 lea was riding rough, over and over they told me there was nothing they could do, they told me the vehicle was beefed up to a E-250 suspension (E-250 leaf springs added) by explorer van co. after three visits I went back to the service department and told them the left front wheel was riding bumpy, the tire threads was busted and they ordered a new tire, after more visits I went back and told them the van was still riding rough, again they told me there was nothing they could do, one of the service guys told me to take the vehicle to downriver spring service on dix road, the front & rear shocks had to be replaced two of the shocks was leaking. the service department should have checked my shocks and suspension due to the fact that my van was under warranty I had to pay $450.00 to replace my shocks, I was also told by the customer service manager not to bring my vehicle back to Taylor Ford to be serviced. (because of my ethnic group?) I HOPE NOT More

don moon was excellant,very attentive and explained everything 2 us(my wife and i leased 2 cars)the price wasnt what i expected,we leased the 2 cars because all of the ads in the paper,(and that goes everything 2 us(my wife and i leased 2 cars)the price wasnt what i expected,we leased the 2 cars because all of the ads in the paper,(and that goes for all the dealershhips)border on false advertising to bring people in .i could have gotten the cars for a little cheaper at village ford,but taylor ford is closer to my home and we really liked don....we both love our fusions very much and i guess i cant complain about the price to much,,,although the dealership gave us an extra 250 dollar coupon on top of our trade ins,both of our oldsmobles were valued at 1000 a piece(or that is what i thought)but we did not get the extra 250 per car with the coupons ....other than that,everything was excellant,but that is why i just put down good instead of great for the price,(because i think we should have gotten those 2 coupons added to our trade ins).will definantly come back to this dealer and don moon when our lease is up....overall 4 and a half stars out of 5,not too shabby. More

Don moon and the financing derpartment were more than helpful when getting us into our new truck. Don Moon assisted in getting an appraisal for my current vehicle, spoke with the finance manager on my behalf, had the gap insurance and disability insurance assisted in getting an appraisal for my current vehicle, spoke with the finance manager on my behalf, had the gap insurance and disability insurance already calculated into the price he quoted me. I arrived at 9:30 AM selected my vehicle, came back after lunch and had the new car keys in my hand by 1:30 PM. I have never had a vehicle purchase go so smoothly before. Our salesman came through for us once again. We really appreciate his honesty in handling our trade in and providing detailed information on our payment plan. He was very patient as well. The dealership manager was also very good with us given we had purchased three prior vehicles with Taylor Ford. On the other hand I stll believe that the dealership could have offered us a little bit more on the trade in. But overall, we will come back to work with Don. I actually returned the next day to see Don for a possible purchase for my sister-in-law. Again, I can not say enough of the great customer service Don gave us as well as two other salesman that we encountered in the last two weeks with Taylor Ford. More
