So we came to Brandon Honda and I was pleasantly surprised, Bill and the team were very professional and extremely friendly and accommodating. But to my complete surprise, I didn't feel like a fish in a barrel when it came time to talk numbers, the team was very transparent and helpful. I wish all dealerships were like this. So why will I recommend this place to my friends and family? Simple; One, because not many places offer a lifetime power train warranty, and Two, because they say "When you negotiate a deal, both sides should feel like they are losing something." I can say truly that as we drove our brand new CR-V away, I never once got that feeling. So Thank you Bill, and thank you Brandon Honda. More

The best car shopping experience I ever had Hands down the best (and least painful) car shopping experience I ever had!! I have a 2015 Honda Fit, which I am absolutely in love with. My daughter, who recently got her license and started driving, was also in love with the Fit. Therefore, I started contemplating giving my daughter my Fit and getting myself a new car, if I could get something I wanted at the right price. I focused in on the HRV since it is essentially a bigger Fit without going into a full size SUV. I initiated a price check through the AMEX car purchasing program that uses True Car which forwards the request to 3 different dealerships, Khun Honda, Tampa Honda and Brandon Honda. Each dealership got back to me in a timely manner with the vehicles they had in stock as well as as prices. The salesman at Khun Honda was awesome. but unfortunately due to a current shortage of Fits and HRVs due to a flood at the plant in Mexico, he did not have anything that matched what I was looking for. Tampa Honda and Brandon Honda had the HRV model I was looking for and both were very close to the price I was looking for. The salesman at Tampa Honda was a total xxx, but his price came in a bit lower than Brandon. Don Negri at Brandon was amazing. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for, why I was in the market and even told him about the HRV at Tampa Honda that I was looking into. I also explained my desire to Don to spend as little as time as possible in the dealership. Don took his time to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and tried to meet everyone of my needs. We exchanged text messages and emails throughout the day until we got to the price and features I was looking for. We then initiated the credit check online and when I showed up the next day my paper work was started, my car was cleaned and ready to go, and we got through the sale faster than I have ever experienced in the past. Don was even more personable in person. I could not have asked for a better sales person. All of my future car purchases will be through Don. More

I got to test drive multiple vehicles until I found the one that I truly wanted. I got the price that I wanted and a great deal for my trade in. I worked with Don Negri and it was simple and painless. Don could recognize when I was hesitant and he reminded me that this was about what I wanted. I never felt pressure to buy, but rather supported to make sure I got exactly the car I dreamed of. With financing, it was super fast. Chris Shotwell is a superstar! I got a decent rate for the vehicle, no pressure to get the add ons, and a great explanation of what the benefits for the packages that I did buy were. I felt confident when I left that I didn't get swindled. That's a good feeling. More
