Brandon Honda, This Dealership Truly Cares About You!! I had the best car buying experience ever! I had shopped multiple Honda dealerships in 3 counties ( I work in 3 counties) and went to Brandon Honda l I had the best car buying experience ever! I had shopped multiple Honda dealerships in 3 counties ( I work in 3 counties) and went to Brandon Honda last. The people at this dealership are the best! Not just one or two, but everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the finance person. This place has integrity, honesty and just all around great people! I already had the lowest price offered from 3 other dealers. I almost didn't stop by Brandon Honda but I decided to call and just tell the internet manager Ron Wright what I was offered by the other dealers. Ron has a very personable demeanor and he is the reason I decided to stop in. He assured me that no matter how low the price was, he would not be undersold by anyone. I met Ron and the Lou Artalona who is a customer relations manager when I arrived. We spoke and I let them know what I was looking for. They went to work and everything they told me they would do was 100% accurate. I have to say that Lou is the kindest, most courteous person you could ever meet! Ron and Lou delivered on their promise and I was ecstatic about the price! I didn't think it could get any better than this until I went into finance. This is where I met Luis Gaetan, the best finance person I have ever met! Luis immediately puts you at ease and thoroughly explains every detail of financing. He also got a lower rate for me than the lowest rate my own bank had and saved me several hundred more with a maintenance package I wanted. Luis is a super nice guy and has your best interest at heart. If you are in the market for a new Honda, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...GO TO BRANDON HONDA AND SPEAK WITH THEM! Preston took great care of us I had a Great experience with Preston Lockhart in sales. He went above and beyond the needs for us, but unfortunately Luis G. The financial manager I had a Great experience with Preston Lockhart in sales. He went above and beyond the needs for us, but unfortunately Luis G. The financial manager did not. He let us take the car home without signing any paperwork and said we were approved. Come back Monday, he drug us around and tried to strong arm us into paying triple the car payments we had already agreed upon. He got upset when we turned the car back in, and made us wait for hours. He didnt even try to see if we could find a different car. He ignored us. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Distasteful. Thank goodness we had a family member tell us about Wesley Chapel Honda. They have went above and beyond selling us a car that fits our needs and expectations. Made us keel right at home.
