His no pressure sales approach and down to earth personality put me at ease immediately. Don spent hours with me searching for the perfect vehicle and helped get me a phenomenal deal! Then came the paperwork part of the deal... always a nightmare, but not so with Don & Bo. It might be the first time EVER that I've felt at ease signing paperwork to purchase a vehicle. Honestly this was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and if I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would. More

Great customer service with a smooth transaction I went to Brandon Honda original to turn in my lease. I had no plans on buying a car from them since I had a deal setup with a different dealer but ou I went to Brandon Honda original to turn in my lease. I had no plans on buying a car from them since I had a deal setup with a different dealer but out of town. I was introduced to Don who would handle my lease return. I came with all the paperwork, the car and all keys and turned it in. (FYI: there is a lease turn in process available at Honda.com that must be done when your lease is done). Don asked me if I was buying a car and I said yes I had a very fair price out of town waiting for me. He asked me about the offer I explained what ethereal was and the car. He asked if he could match it and would I buy the car from them. I told them I need it in writing from the sales manager. David the sales manager came over and went over the details. He said he could do it. I said put it in writing. I want the out the door price (OTD). He came back with the paperwork, after it was reviewed I said sure lets do this. I explained if I get to finance and anything changes even by a dollar I am leaving. True to their word I drove off in 1.5 hours with a brand new 2017 Civic EX sedan. Things that made this happen. I had multiple offers from several dealers and had the lowest price emailed to me with the OTD price. I already knew the model I was seeking was available everywhere and was in stock. I had already check all 3 credit reports with creditkarma.com and credit.com (all are free). I have very good to excellent credit so I knew getting 1.9% financing would be no problem. Also, I knew my numbers meaning what I can afford, how much the car should cost and what the payments would be. (I used a free iPhone app to calculate payments and so forth). I also do not negotiate on monthly payments I negotiate on the bottom price. Don and David were straight shooters from the beginning. No games, no shenanigans nothing. They were professional, polite and courteous. I never got mad, no raised blood pressure and no surprises. The transaction was very smooth and stress free. I was in and out in about 1.5 to 2 hours. It was a smooth and relaxing transaction and I would do it again. Don was true gentleman and David a professional. I give them both hire marks. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth this went. By doing my homework in advance and having my numbers ready it all went smooth and I walked aware a very satisfied customer. More
