Part of the challenge was communicating from out-of-state, as I was in the process of relocating, in addition to not having leased a car before. I did some limited research to prepare, but it would have been helpful to have information on the process and expectations from the dealership in advance. When I was on-site, things moved very quickly and I was unaware of all of the steps in the process. This led to having to make on-the-spot decisions about coverage for a three-year lease. It would have been helpful to have had time to determine the best financial option. Other than this, it was a great experience and the staff were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

We were looking for a best in class safety rated car and believe we found this in the 2017 civic. Wanted a car that was going to be able to get my daughter through her last few years of high school and off to collage. The extended warranty and Honda sensing safety features filled the bill and set the civic above the competition. Brandon Honda even allowed us to use one of their large bows from the showroom so we could surprise our daughter. The following day, Bill Kirk sat with my daughter and went over all the features of the vehicle and made some very good safety recommendations to her as a young driver. I couldn't be happier with the service and pricing provided by Bill & Don at Brandon Honda!! Thanks guys!!! More
