Dealing with Don Negri for the sale, John & Alison in the Service Dept.and ultimately Bo in their finance Dept. working to figure out our options; what can I say. Our experience could not have gone better. They were honest, helpful, and went the extra mile a number of times to make it work extremely well for us. BEST customer service of any dealership! I had purchased a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L in December 2014. I had the most incredible experience in car shopping in my life. This experience continued, when unfortunately my husband and I were in a car accident in August 2015. $15,000 worth of damage to my brand new car. Although the collision shop repaired my vehicle, $15,000 worth of damage is a LOT of damage. Not quite sure that I would feel comfortable driving 70 miles a day to work, every day, I thought best that I trade it in for the 2016 Honda Accord EX-L. YES! The same exact car, just newer. I absolutely love that car! I was a former Toyota owner and BRANDON Honda and the HONDA brand has far exceeded my expectations in comfort, reliability and overall customer service. I am a Honda owner...FOR LIFE! Now let me get to the real reason for my review: Ron Wright, Sal Manalili and Don Negri! Ron Wright was my internet salesperson when I purchased my 2015 Accord. I had NO doubt in my mind that I would go back to him for future purchases....of course not expecting this soon of a purchase. Ron had been in constant contact with me on a regular basis since I purchased my first Accord in 2014. Wanting to be certain that I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle. I so greatly appreciated those calls and that the customer service did NOT stop after I drove off the lot. Ron took extreme concern when I told him about my accident and called often to check in to see how we were doing. Even after reassuring him that I would be back to purchase a new vehicle, he did not sit back, kick up his heels and just wait for me to show up. He showed such amazing compassion for what we had both been through and it meant the world to us. BRANDON Honda is just over an hour away from where we live and it was so worth it to drive out of our way, as we feel like family every time we walk in. YES, we have gone back there simply for the oil changes in my 2015 Accord because of the genuine treatment we receive. Ron was honest from the first phone call on the price of the vehicle, which was over $3K less than what the local dealer was going to charge us, plus I got a fair deal on my trade in. No gimmicks, no shell games....just straightforward honesty. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle MUST contact Salvador Manalili and/or Don Negri and you won't be disappointed. Sal and Don were more than patient with us when I wasn't sure if I wanted the same color and let me look at the three possible options I was considering...all side by side. They both took their time to show me every aspect and incredible feature upgrades that have happened since the 2015 model that I had. Sal and Don were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make sure we were completely satisfied! I am over the moon with the deal we got, the treatment we received and the overall experience we had. I look forward to the next trip to BRANDON Honda to get my first oil change to see them all again! And the next one and the next one and the next one. Denise Dupelle in the finance department made the close of the sale extremely comfortable, explained everything I was signing in clear English and made that normally fearful paper signing time, very reassuring and did not pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. She clearly explained the pros and cons, the terminology and let us decide for ourselves, but offering her opinion when we weren't sure. Overall, the whole experience was amazing and I would never go anywhere else! Thank you BRANDON Honda, RON Wright, SAL Manalili, DON Negri and DENISE Dupelle for EVERYTHING!
