Will never return to this dealer Communication is poor. Promised truck back same day. Called everyday to check on when vehicle would be completed given the run around. Spoke to service manager who said “ your truck took up a lift which we charge $130 an hour for” apparently it’s my fault they did not fix my truck when promised. Filed complaint with owner about communication. Owner called and yelled at me. I hung up and then the service manager called to yell at me. All I wanted was basic communication. If the repair was delayed call me if the cost was increased call me. If I need a rental tell me. I just don’t think it is that hard. My recommendation stay far away from this shop. A simple apology and promise to do better the next time would have been sufficient. More

At that time he quoted me $15,100 A few weeks later I called him and told him I was ready to sell and he said to call him the beginning of August. When I called him the beginning of August he sounded very vague about buying the car. Then he was going to call me and let me know. Then I called him a few times and the secretary was going to give him a message but he never returned my phone calls. A few days later I finally reached him and he told me he was going to talk to his manager and would call me with the results. I never heard from him. I'm very disappointed in the Sales Mgr. I dealt with Danis Chevrolet and Terryville Chevrolet over the years and bought quite a few cars. I didn't like the way he was stringing me along and not being upfront. Therefore, I will finish my oil changes and detailing which is under contract but after that I will not be dealing with this dealership again. I am sorry it had to come to that point after so many years. More
