DISSATTISFIED CUSTOMER We purchased a used 2009 Cadi with 37000 miles on it. At time of purchase we purchased the extended warranty just in case anything was wrong with car. We purchased a used 2009 Cadi with 37000 miles on it. At time of purchase we purchased the extended warranty just in case anything was wrong with car... Had car for two weeks and noticed a hesitation Terryville replaced two tork converters and problems was still there ( oh yea and a starter because mechanic dropped starter so had to replace. Had car for another 2 2weeks but couldn't find issue was told to drive car until a dummy comes on Long story short changed two coil packs and and 2 plugs and I'm still having the same problem . I was told maybe I should bring to a Cadi dealer since there top mechanic who came for cadi can't figure it out.... Very aggravated with service department I also asked for a price to replace all the coil packs and said it would have been too expensive because ext warranty only covers what is wrong... AGAIN HAD CAR AND FROM WEEK TWO IT HAD ISSUES AND NOW I'M BEING TOLD TO TRY ANOTHER DEALER... Note: First time I brought in the service desk guy told was rambling about another cadi that had same issue and they finally just traded it in could never figure it out... As I walked out the door that day I said to my husband who heard the whole thing First the guy should of never said it and second I have hope they can fix it... OBVIOUSLY NOT...... More

All the employees are very friendly and will answer any questions that you may have and can help with anything that you may need. Terryville has never been this bad So I’m normally a big fan of this dealer, but my recent service visit was not good. I brought my car in for a rattle in the passenger door. I was with So I’m normally a big fan of this dealer, but my recent service visit was not good. I brought my car in for a rattle in the passenger door. I was without a car for over a week, the loaner car that they had given me had transmission issues, no other loaner cars were available. I called for status update on my vehicle, no one could tell me any information or I was put on hold for 25+ minutes. When my car was finally ready, my door panel was covered in dirt, the service rep did get the detail department to clean it. I then got in my vehicle and headed down the road (less than a mile) and the rattle was worse. I then turned around and brought it right back to the dealer and by this time the service department was closed, sales said they couldn’t help me and to contact service. The next day I contacted service and asked to speak with the manager, and was told he was unavailable and was informed he would call me ASAP. I also informed them that my problem with the car wasn’t fixed and they said they could book me 2 weeks out. To this day the service manager Mike Judson still has not contacted me. I was very disappointed in the quality of service I had received from this dealer. More
