My husband and I were unfortunate to have both of our cars severely damaged and totaled out due to the hail storm that hit the St. Louis, Missouri area on April 28th. I previously owed a Honda Accord and I wanted to replace it with another Honda. We did some research online and visited several dealerships in the area. The customer service on most of these visits was fair to good. When my husband and I first arrived at the Bommarito Honda dealership we were instantly greeted by Don Scheffler. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel comfortable. He was patient with our numerous questions and did not make us feel pressured to purchase a car without weighing our options. We were able to find the right car at a great price! The finance department was outstanding. He took the time to explain all the various maintenance packges, and once again I never felt pressured to purchase any particular package. I would highly recommend using Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO to anyone! The service that was provided was EXCELLENT just ask for Don Scheffler or Keith Grassi. More

I love the cookies they send. The dealership offers a comfortable waiting area with coffee, water, fruit, cookies, and ice cream. The childrens area is great and has movies to watch. The salesman Don is comfortable waiting area with coffee, water, fruit, cookies, and ice cream. The childrens area is great and has movies to watch. The salesman Don is extremely personable. The finance guy was even great. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and it won't be the last. More
