Best deals within 250 miles. Greg Gustafson always adds more than what you ask for in a new vehicle, without a huge price increase like you would see else where. In purchasing our 2013 Toyota Sienna everyone we worked with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've with in the Sales area was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would say this purchase was one of, if not THE most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. We knew Kristin Paulsen and Don Speck previously so it was nice to see familiar faces. Don even acted as techno-geek to program my Blue Tooth, and sat down and visited with us while we waited for the finance guy. In addition, when I brought the car back 10 days later to inquire about changing the height of the armrests, Mike Cleveland bent over backward helping me. Although there was not a ready solution in the parts area, he eventually took it upon himself to construct a "fix" which worked great. He didn't charge me, and he even arranged for a car wash! Lithia toyota of Billings, has the best service department I have ever been too, they are very polite and friendly and treat you as a person and not a number, they explain everything they do in gre department I have ever been too, they are very polite and friendly and treat you as a person and not a number, they explain everything they do in great detail and if you something more done to your vehicle,find you and ask you before they perform the extra service. That is why I buy the toyota, not only is it a dependable vehicle, I can trust their service department to give me top quality service. More
