3rd Time Repeat Customer Don Ward was exactly what a sales guy should be! He was informative, low pressure and worked to make sure we were happy with the SUV we purchased. E Don Ward was exactly what a sales guy should be! He was informative, low pressure and worked to make sure we were happy with the SUV we purchased. Even after the sale was finalized, he stuck around to ensure we were aware of the all the extras my Highlander came with and helped me hook my phone up to the SUV for hands free calling. Andy was low pressure and quickly took us through the paperwork. He explained the warranty options, both what the SUV came with and any extended warranties that Toyota offered. This kind of service is the reason we keep coming back to Jim Norton! More
