Great customer service so far we have bought 3 cars in a year with Jim Norton and each time our experience has been great. My sales reps Don and Tyler were exceptionally nic so far we have bought 3 cars in a year with Jim Norton and each time our experience has been great. My sales reps Don and Tyler were exceptionally nice, cooperative and made sure that I got the deal I wanted. Managers Matt and Jonathan are a little stubborn about their prices but again nice and respectful guys. Brian Smith, the finance office is an exceptional guy. I would not buy a car unless I know Brian would be handling the finance aspects of the purchase. More

Fantastic purchasing experience I recently purchased two new cars from Jim Norton Toyota, one of which was a surprise Xmas gift for my wife. Unfortunately, she did not particularly l I recently purchased two new cars from Jim Norton Toyota, one of which was a surprise Xmas gift for my wife. Unfortunately, she did not particularly like the vehicle I bought for her. Jim Norton Toyota allowed us to return and reselect both vehicles without any issues. They were supportive and understanding and only wanted what was best for us. We were very very impressed and will be buying our next vehicles from this dealership. More

Grate hospitality and care I felt look like I'm at the 5 stars hotel. Very big discount and grate service after sale, even after work hours still continuing them service as a customer what else do you want. I took my business from Los Angeles toTulsa Oklahoma just because of grate service and hospitality. I would like to say one more time to Don Ward I don't know what to say other then thank you. Service and Purchase June 27, 2015 Prior to receiving service for my 2013 Tundra on June 27, 2015 I received a call from Mike Toney. He asked if I might be interested in selling my tru Prior to receiving service for my 2013 Tundra on June 27, 2015 I received a call from Mike Toney. He asked if I might be interested in selling my truck. Explaining I was very happy with the Tundra, I noted it would be serviced on the coming Saturday and they could estimate its value for trade. Upon arrival at the dealership I was professionally greeted by the service staff and the Tundra was accepted for its first extended warranty service. After being directed to Mike Toney, he explained the process and introduced me to Don Ward. Don told me about the new trucks and asked me what I might be interested in if I were to trade my vehicle. We looked at various vehicles and Don explained options and differences. Don was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After test driving the 2015 Tundra we negotiated the price of my trade and the options and cost of the new vehicle. Everything was clearly explained and flawlessly executed. The same holds true for my visit with Sean Walsh in Finance. Sean was very friendly and efficient. In just a short time my new vehicle was prepped and ready for delivery. Jim Norton's sales, finance and service staff continues to excel. I've made three vehicle purchases and all have been serviced at the Tulsa dealership. Fantastic service. More

Professional, fair and really simple. I knew what I wanted, just wasn't sure I could really afford the car. I did some research before making the appointment, about the car I wished to o I knew what I wanted, just wasn't sure I could really afford the car. I did some research before making the appointment, about the car I wished to own, how much I could get for my trade-in and how much money I could put down. I called and made the appointment with Mr. Don Ward, (who made my previous last car purchase painless.) My appointment was a 12;30pm and I was home with my new car by 5:30pm. Mr. Ward and Sean Walsh were professional, friendly and knowledgeable, I shall certainly recommend this dealership. And while the other Toyota dealership is closer to my residence, I plan to drive the extra miles to this dealership for the maintenance on this car. All personnel of the dealership were polite and friendly. And............t;he cookie was delicious! More

Great dealership from top to bottom. Over the last 11 years I have purchased my 5 vehicles at Jim Norton Toyota and have had them all serviced there. They are great people to work with. Don Ward helped me purchase my last vehicle and I felt like he was on my side during the negotiations. Brett Fry, in service, has worked with me on servicing all my vehicles and lets me know when and if I need a particular service. I appreciate his honesty and the fact that he calls me by name as soon as I walk in the door. Great people. More
